Yellowfoot Chanterelle Powder

Our premium grade Yellow Chanterelle Powder is made using 100% wild yellowfoot chanterelles from the rainforests of western Canada. Dried winter chanterelle powder is noticeably different than golden chanterelle powder. It has a rich, nutty and umami mushroom aroma and flavor.

Add desired amount during cooking, ensuring that there is enough liquid for the powder to absorb and rehydrate. 

All wild mushrooms should be thoroughly cooked prior to consumption.
