2024 Dried Wild Mushroom Medley

Our Wild Mushroom Medley is a unique reflection of each year's available wild harvest. All foraged in the Canadian wilderness, this combination of textures and flavors contains 7 different mushrooms.

The 2024 harvesting season offered a beautiful flush of white chanterelles, a variety of hedgehog mushrooms, cauliflower mushroom, yellowfoot chanterelle, lobster mushroom, pine mushroom, and even the elusive blue chanterelle. 

Soak in water for at least 20 minutes, or overnight in the fridge, prior to cooking.

All wild mushrooms should be thoroughly cooked prior to consumption.
