Pine Mushroom Powder

Our premium grade Pine Mushroom Powder is made using 100% wild western matsutake mushrooms from the rainforests of western Canada. Dried pine powder has that distinctive matsutake aroma, while being more convenient to use than whole or sliced dried mushrooms. 

Add desired amount during cooking, ensuring that there is enough liquid for the powder to absorb and rehydrate. 

All wild mushrooms should be thoroughly cooked prior to consumption.
