Morel Mushroom Powder

Using only A grade dried morels harvested from western Canada, our morel powder is a top choice when it comes to adding a rich mushroom flavor to your meal. It's a wonderful addition to sauces and gravies or sprinkled into pasta. 

Our morel powder is coarse ground so that you get a slight morel texture while still having the convenience of a powder. It is absolutely loaded with flavor, so you don't need much to transform your recipe. 

Add desired amount during cooking, ensuring that there is enough liquid for the powder to absorb and rehydrate.
