Golden Chanterelle Powder

Our premium grade Golden Chanterelle Powder is made using 100% wild golden chanterelles from the rainforests of western Canada. Dried chanterelle powder is sweet and nutty, making it a flexible choice for both sweet or savory dishes. 

Golden Chanterelles take upwards of 12lbs to 20lbs of fresh to make 1lb of dried!

Add desired amount during cooking, ensuring that there is enough liquid for the powder to absorb and rehydrate. 

All wild mushrooms should be thoroughly cooked prior to consumption.
