Harvested from the pristine rainforests of Coastal British Columbia, our premium dried Golden Chanterelle Mushrooms are graded and sliced before drying at optimal temperatures. Using only firm, A-grade 100% wild Canadian Chanterelles, we put a lot of work into selecting, cleaning and then drying these beautiful forest treasures.
Soak in water for at least 20 minutes, or overnight in the fridge, prior to cooking.
All wild mushrooms should be thoroughly cooked prior to consumption.
