Our "Fire Morel Trio" Variety box is our ultimate dried morel mushroom showcase. Dried morels are renowned for their rich flavor and unmatched ability to retain their texture after rehydrating.
We have carefully and selectively graded three groups true morel species that we find following forest fires in western Canada. This way, you get to try and compare these distinct varieties for yourself. Some of these species are exceptionally rare, and with our harvesting standards we consider this our premium morel product. Soak dried morels in water for 10 minutes, then rinse prior to cooking.
Wild mushrooms should be thoroughly cooked prior to consumption.

Black Wildfire Morels 'Conica spp.': 20 grams
Grey Wildfire Morels 'M. tomentosa': 20 grams
Green Wildfire Morels 'M. exuberans': 20 grams
Combined total of 60 grams
All three varieties are separated into their own packages. All morels are of the ‘Morchella’ genus aka true morels.
