Yellowfoot Chanterelle or Winter Chanterelles are a great choice when it comes to dried mushrooms. They rehydrate exceptionally well and because of their small size, they are very easy and convenient to work with. Excellent in both sweet or savory dishes.
Add directly into a meal during cooking, making sure there is enough liquid for the mushrooms to absorb.
All wild mushrooms should be thoroughly cooked prior to consumption.
