Dried Pine Mushrooms

Harvested from the Canadian rainforest, our dried pine mushrooms are carefully harvested and dried to preserve their wonderful color. We have managed many of our pine mushroom patches for decades, forming a deep connection to the environments from which we harvest.

Also known as Matsutake, our western pine mushrooms have a renowned aroma. They are especially popular in Japan but are quickly growing in popularity worldwide. 

Soak for 20 minutes in warm water prior to cooking.

All wild mushrooms should be thoroughly cooked prior to consumption.
