Dried Lobster Mushrooms

Harvested from the rugged Canadian wilderness, our dried lobster mushrooms are great addition to sauces, stir-fries, or soups.

Lobster Mushrooms have a strong mushroom flavor with a hint of seafood which is sure to be a highlight flavor in a meal.

Soak for 20 minutes in hot water prior to cooking.

All wild mushrooms should be thoroughly cooked prior to consumption.
